At Lunchbox World, we aim to give you the best service we can.

 

Please email us to notify us of your intention to return your purchase upon immediate receipt of goods. We need you to contact us straight away so we then know that there is an issue.  Please provide an order reference and surname in any communication with us.

 

All items unopened with all packaging intact, including tags, (returned in a resaleable condition) may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange / refund.

 

We reserve the right to ask for faulty goods to be submitted for assessment before authorising a refund / exchange. If goods are found to have a genuine fault we will happily replace the faulty item.

We will not refund any postage on unwanted goods returned.

 

Please be sure to return items via a method that can be tracked. We cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us if a proof of postage cannot be provided.

 

If your item arrives damaged contact us immediately to confirm this. Preferrably we request an image to be sent, so we are then immediately aware of the extent of the damage. We may then ask you to return the item, complete with damaged packaging to us, depending on the damage and the product. Upon receipt of this and the claim being approved as genuine, we will send out a replacement.

 

We must stress though, you must contact us as soon as possible, so we are aware that there is an issue.
