Standard shipping rate quoted within the UK.  All orders in the UK ship by Royal Mail first class as standard. If you need delivery faster, we do offer an Express service for orders shipping within the UK, which we send Special Delivery next working day before 1pm.
 
Cut off date for orders to be guaranteed with delivery BEFORE Christmas is Wednesday 19 December 2012. So please order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

After this date, orders will not ship until 2 January 2013. This is due to the courier/postal services we use.

Please note: we endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, but at peak times, this is not always possible. Please mark the order in the comments section if your order is mega-urgent! It helps us help you!

All our shipping rates are calculated by weight. Shipping starts at £4.50 and is calculated by weight, as every order is different, depending on number of items ordered and the weight of each item ordered, ranging from the light weight bottles, to slightly heavier lunch bags to the picnic rucksacks. 
The shop automatically calculates the shipping cost, according to the weight of the order.  
(As a guide : A typical children's lunch bag will cost from £4.50-4.95 to ship first class).

Remember orders over £50 shipping to a UK delivery address are FREE!
So it's worth buddying up with a friend or neighbour to enjoy these savings!
 

For Europe, we ship the orders signed for by Airmail.
We ship to all the major European countries.
 
As of 21 April 2010, we offer the option of sending parcels by Airsure (Please note, this option must be selected at checkout, if it is offered as an option in the country of destination). 

By selecting Airsure as the shipping method for European deliveries, this allows the parcel to be tracked right the way through from leaving Lunchbox World to the time it reaches its final destination.
We have found this to be the safest and surest way of shipping parcels to Europe, plus you will receive the parcel as quickly as possible (normally 3-5 working days).  

In the event Airsure is not available in your country, we send parcels by International Signed For, again allowing us to track the parcel part of the way, and gaining a signature at delivery, so we know it has arrived safely.
