Purchased this for my 4 year old son who loved the design. However, within 3 months, I am less than impressed as it looks very shabby, the design is flaking off, the piping has broken in places and it has also frayed in a few places. Further, I have found it difficult to keep clean as you can only wipe it clean and food/drink spills are absorbed through the lining so I don't feel that I can effectively remove them. I appreciate that this item would suffer some wear and tear but given that I carry it to school for my son and then he only takes it from the storage baskets at school to and from the lunch hall, I find it hard to believe this would be classed as excessive wear and tear. It's a shame as a great design but my experience has found it to be a product with good looks but poor durability and cleanability. Would not buy again.
