Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted, but are added as you work your way through the shopping experience, and prepare to checkout. We accept payment by most major credit cards, debit cards and by Paypal and the Lunchbox World website is protected by GlobalSign and is therefore secure for online payments.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through secure servers, giving you peace of mind. You will be able to see it is secure by the padlock in the top bar on your screen. You can choose to pay either by Paypal or by debit or credit card, that is processed through World Pay.

Purchasing
All items offered on the website are subject to availability. Orders are not considered accepted by Lunchbox World until the order has been confirmed and the goods dispatched by Lunchbox World or their agents. Any transactions based on computer code other than the source code written by Lunchbox World or their agents will be void. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How Quickly Can You Ship My Order?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and receiving full payment. We then ship according to the shipment method selected. If standard shipment is selected, the parcel should be delivered within 3 -4 working days if UK delivery. If express delivery is selected, the parcel will be dispatched Special delivery or by courier, depending on the weight of the order and should be delivered the next working day from dispatch.
Where's My Order?
When you place your order, please check the details you give us are accurate, including the delivery address details, an up-to-date contact telephone number, and an accurate email address. The email address is important, so we can inform you the moment your order dispatches and update you of the progress of your order, in the event it is out of stock. We unfortunately cannot guess email addresses, so please take your time as you progress through the order process and double check the spellings before you hit enter! We only use your email to communicate with you on your orders and if the email is wrong, then it just bounces back to us, and you are not informed.
Equally if you request the EXPRESS service or an International postal service, as soon as the order dispatches, we email you the tracking reference so you can track the order. Please ensure the email address is accurately given. This will ensure our emails arrive in your inbox with essential updates on your order's progress!
What If My Order is A Gift? Can I Send A Gift?
We welcome all orders whether these are for you and your family or a gift for your nearest and dearest. If the order is to be sent as a gift, just let us know in the comment box when you place the order.
As long as you select the billing address as yours and the delivery address as the address where the gift is being sent to, we will ensure the parcel is delivered correctly. In addition all parcels are dispatched with a delivery note, NOT the invoice. The invoice is emailed to you once the order is placed and in addition, paypal and / or Worldpay send a payment confirmation email through to you, so you receive a copy of the order in a confirmation email.
It is therefore important that the email address you give us is accurate, and free from spelling mistakes. We do NOT pass on email addresses or any customer data or information to third parties. We just want to be sure we can contact you concerning your order! So please check the email address you give us very carefully. A phone number is helpful too in case we cannot reach you by email.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will notify you by email of the expected delivery date and keep you informed at all times as the status of the order changes. It is therefore important that when you place the order, that you accurately complete the email address details, so that we can keep you informed as the order progresses.
In the event this is unacceptable to go on back order, please let us know immediately and we will wither substitute the items, with your agreement of course, or cancel your order and organise a refund for you.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in a resaleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a means of tracking the shipment back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items in transit back to us.
Please ensure you notify us, quoting your order reference and surname for speed of dealing with any queries.
